The SCHAUM SIGHT READING Books are designed to provide interesting material to increase the pupil's skill in reading. Finger numbers have been omitted so that the student may concentrate on NOTE READING without any distraction. Book 1 can be used as early as the Pre-A Grade level. Book 2 is Grade 1 or "A" Book degree of difficulty.
A progression of book one, this is a valuable teaching tool. There are a variety of styles, rhythms and keys, making sure that the student cannot just "guess and play."
